Includes four (4) adjustable rubber rings which provide visual reinforcement and consistency when practicing set-up, ball position, footwork, and stroke length.
Rubber rings easily slide the length of the alignment stick to create a custom practice station. The rings can be removed from one stick and added to another to create unlimited customization.
The rings are secured with a snug friction fit and will stay in place until repositioned. Repositioning the rings is as simple as sliding the ring the length of the alignment stick.
The rings are extremely lightweight and DO NOT affect the magnetic coupling on Goodstick Magnetic Alignment Sticks.
