THREAD REMOVAL TOOL

The thread removal tool is a steel pin that is used to remove the male threads from the dowel to reveal the female threads. HIGH POWERED MAGNET

Threaded magnet with a soft rubber cap. The cap is optional and can be removed to increase holding power. USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING THE MAGNET. THE MAGNET CAN CREATE A PINCH HAZARD AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED BY INDIVIDUALS WITH PACEMAKERS OR SIMILAR MEDICAL IMPLANTS

BELT CLIP

The belt clip is designed to be connected to the magnet and allows for numerous alignment tools which can be affixed to your belt/waistline. It is recommended to remove the rubber cover to enhance the magnets holding power when using the belt clip tool. Use caution to avoid pinching your fingers  when connecting belt clip to the magnet.

 THE HUB

"The Hub" is the heart of the Total Station and the axis point about which the alignment sticks and various components intersect.  The red dot located on one face of The Hub is an important marking which will be referenced for each tool to assist in component orientation and set-up.

FOAM PAD

The foam pad is designed to be connected to the end of the dowel and allows for numerous obstruction based drills. The 5" rubber grip section on the dowel is designed to accept the foam pad and the rubber grip can be slid along the dowel to accommodate different practice stations. The foam pad includes a handy Velcro strap to secure.

ALIGNMENT TOOLS

ALIGNMENT STICK BASE

Create a simple, stable, and adjustable alignment stick base using the loft on your irons!

1. CONFIGURE TOOL

To connect your Total Station to the face of your iron you must orient the threaded dowel and magnet in an adjacent configuration with the magnet oriented 90 degrees to the threaded dowel.

IMG_9889 (1).jpg

2.CONNECT TO CLUB-FACE

Connect the magnet to your club-face. You may remove the rubber magnet cover to increase holding power. Connect the magnet in the center of the face to maximize holding power.Use caution when  connecting the magnet to your club to avoid pinching your fingers.

IMG_9894.PNG

3. ADJUST & CREATE

Adjust your set-up as required to achieve the desired feedback/ station. Long Irons will create a more upright angle while short irons will create flatter angles.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Ensure that the threaded dowel is in place and oriented off the toe of the club-face. The threaded dowel acts as an outrigger to provide support and stability

IMG_9211.PNG

CLUB-FACE INDICATOR

Understand the loft and angles created by your club-face. Gain feedback on aiming the face at address and learn what the clubface is doing at key positions in the swing.

IMG_0035.JPG

1. CONFIGURE TOOL

A: Linear configuration with the magnet, dowel, and Hub all in line.
B: Bypass the Hub to make a lighter tool and increase the magnets holding power (best for extended use) . **Use the thread removal tool (steel pin) to remove male threads from the dowel and connect the magnet directly to the dowel.

IMG_9267 (1).PNG

2. CONNECT TO CLUB-FACE

Connect the magnet to the club-face. It is best to connect the magnet to the center of the club-face to maximize the holding power. ** You may remove the rubber cap on the magnet to increase holding power. Use caution when placing the magnet to avoid pinching your fingers.

3. ALTERNATE PARALLEL SET-UP

The parallel connection feature amplifies the visual feedback for club-face orientation. This unique tool aligns the dowel with the club-face and makes it simple to visualize how your club-face is oriented at address and key positions in the swing. This configuration requires the magnet to be positioned adjacent (90 degrees) to the threaded dowel.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Remove rubber magnet cover to increase holding power.
2. Use the included thread removal tool (steel pin) to remove male threads from the threaded dowel (see above). When reconnecting the male threads use the tool to secure and tighten the male threads back into place.
3. ALWAYS swing at a VERY limited speed when the Total Station is attached to your club-face. The cub-face indicator is designed to give visual &  positional feedback  only. Swinging the club with the Total Station attached to the club-face can result in serious damage or injury as the tool may become detached .
